Agro Tech Foods Ltd (ATFL) is a public limited company engaged in the business of manufacturing, marketing and selling food and food ingredients to consumers and institutional customers. We are listed both on National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).

We are affiliated to ConAgra Foods, Inc. of USA, which is one of the world's largest food companies. Our vision is to become the Best Performing Most Respected Foods Company in India.

    SACHIN GOPAL

    Managing Director

    A graduate from St.Stephen's College, Delhi and MBA from the IIM, Ahmedabad, Sachin Gopal has an accomplished career over the last 25 years in some of the world's leading FMCG companies in India and abroad. He has a strong experience and is a pioneer in Sales, Marketing and Business of the FMCG sector. He joined ATFL in April 2006 as COO, and took over the role of President and CEO from November 1, 2008. Prior his association with ATFL, Sachin was handling the role of Director-Customer Business Development with Procter & Gamble. Prior to this, he had a long career with Gillette India from 1987 to 2005 and handled significant Sales, Marketing and Business roles such as Group Product Manager, Vice President Marketing and General Sales Director. In his overseas assignments, Sachin has handled the roles of Marketing Manager for Gillette Egypt; Group Business Director - Batteries, Duracell Eveready South Africa Pty., Johannesburg S.A and Group Business Manager - Batteries, Gillette Group H.Q. London, U.K. Sachin had started his career with Escorts Ltd., where he worked as Senior Marketing officer. He also spent three years with Cadbury where he worked as Product Manager and Regional Sales Manager.

    PADMAVATHI TULUVA

    General Manager – Human Resources

    Padma joined Agro Tech Foods in 1990 at the ITC Agro Tech Mantralayam factory where she gained tremendous knowledge of factory working. After spending 10 years at the plant Padma moved to Hyderabad to handle multiple corporate functions including Recruitment and became an important pillar of the HR function. In 2014, with the increasing importance and scale of the Jhagadia plant, the Company requested Padma to take over the HR function at Jhagadia and she was an integral part of the scaling up of the plant including the staffing and management of an increasingly large team before taking over her current position as General Manager – Human Resources.

    ASHEESH KUMAR SHARMA

    Vice President - Marketing

    Asheesh is a graduate in Science from Jawahar Lal Nehru University and an MBA from S P Jain Institute of Management and Research. Prior to being a part of ATFL, Asheesh was Marketing Manager – Fabric & Home Care, Health Care and Baby Care in Procter & Gamble. Prior to this, he has worked in Gillette and handled the roles of General Sales Manager and Regional Business Manager, Personal Care. Before joining Gillette, Asheesh worked with Marico and handled the roles of Area Sales Manager and Regional Manager, West. Asheesh started his career as Management Trainee with Berger Paints where he worked for 4 years handling the role of Area Sales Manager.

    SHREY DIXIT

    Head – Research Quality and Innovation

    Shrey is a graduate in Oil Technology from H.B.T.I, Kanpur in 2011. Shrey joined Agro Tech Foods Limited in year 2014 and during the last 10 years has held key positions with increasing responsibility in the Company’s Research Quality and Innovation Department, prior to taking over as the Head of Research, Quality and Innovation in September 2023. Prior to joining Agro Tech Foods, Shrey worked with Krishnapatnam Oils And Fats Pvt Limited for a period of 3 yrs. Shrey has been a key contributor to the transitioning of ATFL from a largely Edible Oils company into a diversified Food Company with his strong knowledge of Food Safety Standards, Regulatory norms, Vendor and 3P management and consistently demonstrating strong Leadership Skills and People management.

    DHARMESH KUMAR SRIVASTAVA

    Vice President - Supply Chain

    A post graduate in Technology in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from IIT Kharagpur and MBA from IIT Delhi, Dharmesh Srivastava has a relevant experience of about 19 years, out of which he was with Gillette and P&G for 16 years. He has taken up various roles in Supply Chain in India, UK and Dubai. Before joining ATFL, he was with P&G based at Singapore handling physical distribution (supply chain) for Australasia, ASEAN India region as "Group Manager – Customer Services & Logistics".

    HITESH YADAV

    Head of Procurement Oils & Packaging Materials & Business Development Crystal & Healthy World

    Hitesh Yadav has completed his Master of Business Administration in Marketing & Finance from Guru Jambeswar University, Haryana in addition to a Post Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management. Hitesh joined Agro Tech Foods in 2014 prior to which he had been working in various positions in the Commercial, Procurement, Supply Chain & Inventory Management areas of Britania Industries Limited with a total of 8 years’ experience before joining Agro Tech Foods Limited . Hitesh has been a key contributor to the transitioning of ATFL from a largely Edible Oils company into a diversified Foods Company with his strong knowledge of Procurement enabling the development of a strong Vendor base which has enabled a powerful innovation program. At the same time this has also led to continued cost reduction with increasing scale of individual businesses supporting the diversification of the vendor network. Hitesh’s strong collaboration and leadership skills enables him to be a powerful contributor to the ATFL leadership team.

    SANJAY SRIVASTAVA

    Head of Manufacturing

    Sanjay Srivastava is 1991 batch B. Tech. in Chemical Technology from HBTU (Formerly known as Harcourt Butler Technological Institute), Kanpur, a graduate in Science from Kanpur University and holds PGDOM also. He is having over 25 years of work experience in edible oil and foods industry. Sanjay joined ATFL in the year 2000 and during the last 16 years held various key roles in the areas of Manufacturing, Oil Buying and Projects. Sanjay joined as Unit Manager - Ghaziabad and quickly expanded the role to manage the 3 P manufacturing operations in North. During this stint, he has not only managed the existing 3 P manufacturing but also expanded the operations by inducting more 3 P operators. Sanjay demonstrates excellent commercial acumen and cost focus and throughout his tenure as Unit Manager and later as Production Controller. He has single handedly established the import supply chain from Sri Lanka for Rath imports. After successful tenure at Oil manufacturing, Sanjay w as shifted to food manufacturing at Kothur where he played a key role in streamlining the operations. He was given additional responsibility of Oil buying besides his manufacturing co-ordiantion which has effectively managed. Sanjay was shifted to Corporate Office, Gurgaon in 2010 to manage the position of Production Controller with an additional responsibility of Projects. He has demonstrated leadership skills in all roles he handled and now heads the manufacturing function.

    RIKESH KOTWAL

    Head of Sales

    Rikesh has done his Civil Engineering from MS University, Vadodara and he is a 2008 batch MBA from NMIMS, Mumbai. He joined Agrotech Foods in 2012 and has worked in different roles in the Sales function. He started as a Key Account Manager and moved on to become Head of Modern Trade in 2014. During this time, he successfully started the ecommerce operations for ATFL as well. In 2017, he moved to become Regional Sales Manager for West Region and led the team to strong performance. Prior to joining Agro Tech, Rikesh worked with Wipro Consumer Care as Area Manager (Key Accounts) in Bengaluru and before that with Dabur India Ltd as Product Manager Skin Care, based in Dubai.

    K P N SRINIVAS

    Chief Financial Officer

    K P N Srinivas is a Chartered Accountant and Post Graduate of Commerce from Osmania University, Hyderabad. He is an experience of 11 years in finance, fund management, budgeting and reporting, accounts, audit and commercial operations. He joined Agro Tech in May 2008 as Industrial Trainee and worked across divisions and ranks in the finance operation.
