| Home > Careers > Profiles > International Assignments International Assignments Suresh Seshadri Senior Director-Project Management Suresh Seshadri started out at ATFL as Head of Information Technology in 2000 after long careers at TELCO and Buhler. Suresh led the IT transformation at ATFL with introduction of new hardware and connectivity across the enterprise. He successfully led the ATFL team that implemented Oracle & i2 applications through a project called "Shakti". Suresh subsequently moved to ConAgra Foods at Omaha, USA as Director of IT infrastructure in Nov 2002 to support its ingredient division. He became Director of IT applications in 2004 and successfully implemented ERP, CRM and contract management solutions at the food ingredient businesses of ConAgra. In 2006, he was promoted as Senior Director-Project Management. In this capacity, Suresh is leading the implementation of costing and operational finance processes in SAP environment to support the product supply organization of ConAgra's consumer businesses. Suresh has about 25 years of professional experience in operations, finance and IT. He holds an Hons. Engineering Degree from Madras University, a Post Graduate Degree in Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur and a Diploma in Finance from IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland. Nilesh Agarwal  Nilesh started out as a Management Trainee in 2001 and was promoted to Area Sales Manager after one year, managing and training an 11-member team. He subsequently moved to the Corporate Office as Brand Manager-Foods, in May 2004. Nilesh co-led the launch of new variants of ACT II in India and was instrumental in charting out a new marketing and brand strategy for ACT II. In November 2006, Nilesh joined Global Markets, Canada as Associate Marketing Manager Grocery, reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, Global Markets. In this capacity, Nilesh is responsible for supporting Global Markets sales and marketing teams, including providing connectivity to the US, managing and executing projects and conducting grocery training. Nilesh holds a Post Graduate degree in Management from Management Development Institute (M.D.I), Gurgaon and a B.Com (Hons.) from University of Kolkata. Jesal Agarwal nee Baldev  Jesal started her career with Agro Tech as a Management Trainee in 2001. She held various positions starting with Business Accountant - Commodity Sourcing and Exports (July 2001 to June 2004), Regional Commercial Manager - South Region (July 2004 - November 2004) and her last position was as Corporate Accountant - Treasury and Corporate Accounts.Jesal joined ConAgra Foods, International Foods Group, Canada in November 2006 as Financial Services Centre Manager reporting to the Director Financial Planning and Analysis. In this capacity, Jesal is handling Accounts Receivable and Sales Accounting Departments and provide required (Sarbanes - Oxley) controls, trade forecasts and analytical reporting. Jesal qualified as a Chartered Accountant in January 2001, clearing all her stages from Foundation to Final in the first attempt(s) and was a rank holder in the Foundation & Intermediate stages of Chartered Accountancy examination. She passed her B. Com. from Osmania University, Hyderabad. [ †Top ] |
