Home > About Us > Functions > Finance Finance The Company is strongly supported by Finance which handles Accounting, Management accounting, Treasury, Taxation, Risk, Control, Information Systems, Legal, Secretarial and Investor Relations. The Function has an in house Shared Services Centre (SSC) at Hyderabad and coordinates seamlessly with the decision making team sitting at Gurgaon. The Company follows April to March as a financial year and uses Oracle as its ERP. The latest Annual report and the quarterly unaudited results of the Company can be viewed at the "Investor Relations". The function supports the Sales & Distribution system which operate from regions headquartered at Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai and Hyderabad. The Treasury function provides support to business in cash management, forex management and insurance. The Management accounting system is designed to reflect business performance across brands by providing quantitative and qualitative information at regular intervals. The Information Systems team ensures that relevant leading practices and technology are at the disposal of the company ahead of its needs, and information is quickly available. The Legal and Secretarial function supports the business proactively by giving relevant and practical advice and supporting the company in litigation and compliance.
