Management Trainees

Smriti Jha

Smriti Jha has done her B.Sc from Patna University and MBA (Marketing) from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.

She done her summer internship at Tata Motors Ltd on a study to increase market share of Tata Sumo Grande. Some of Smriti's achievements include being ranked 1st in the batch of 75 students in final two years of graduation (B. Sc. Chemistry) consecutively; silver medalist among a batch of 200 students in Patna University, receiving 'Best Student of the Department' award for consistently exemplary academic performance throughout graduation.

Smriti also trained a team of 50 executives on product knowledge and customer handling at Tata Motors. She was also 1st Runner up in kho-kho, annual sports event conducted by NMIMS. Her hobbies are gardening and reading.

Sumeet Suresh Agrawal

Sumeet Suresh Agrawal has done his B. Tech. from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur and his MBA from SCMHRD, Pune.

His summer project with SCMHRD was "To determine the ideal mobile phone for SCMHRD students", and with VNIT was on "Study of Grinding Characteristics of some ores using the Ball Mill".

Sumeet has a Green Belt in 6 Sigma methodology awarded by Indian Statistical Institute & SCMHRD, Pune. His hobbies include teaching, acting, cricket and reading.

Sumeet has two years experience as Asst. System Engineer with Tata Consultancy Services, Pune.

Anamika Batra

Anamika Batra has done her B.E. (Elec. & Telecommunication) from Pune University and MBA (Marketing & Finance) from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon.

Her summer projects were with Heinz India Pvt. Ltd., Dell India Pvt. Ltd., and TCS. Anamika was Branch Head, Aakriti (Intra-Collegiate Cultural Fest-2006), Army Institute of Technology. Her other achievements include being First in Squash in Aakriti (2007) and First in Choreography in Aakriti (2006).

Anamika's hobbies include reading, and outdoor games like squash, badminton & swimming.

Sandhya Rana

Sandhya Rana has done her B. Sc. from University of Delhi and MBA (Marketing) from Symbiosis International University, Pune.

Sandhya's project was on Brand Promotion and Below the Line Marketing for Tehelka/Meow-Radio Station.

Sandhya is fascinated by the performing arts and dance. She was in the dance society of her college and participated in several competitions.

Sai Ganesh

Sai Ganesh has done his Bachelor of Business Management from Bangalore University and MBA (Marketing) from IIM, Indore.

Sai done his Internship with Mahindra 2 Wheelers, Mumbai. He was Secretary, Quiz Club, Christ College, 2004 and Quiz Organiser - Mridang '09 - IIM, Indore Cultural Fest. He was one of four students from IIM, Indore selected for the Student Exchange program - Sup De Co, Montpellier, France. He was Event Organiser for an inter-collegiate Marketing Event at Sup De Co, Montpellier, France - 2009.

His other achievements include being the Regional Champion, Tata Crucible Campus Quiz, 2009 beating over 3000 teams from all over the country, and the Founder and active contributor of India's first Quiz Blog on Entertainment and Popular Culture, among others. His hobbies, naturally then, are Quizzing and Blogging.

Sai has two and a half years experience with companies such as TVS Motors, Bangalore, McCann Erickson Advertising and Timken (I) Ltd.

Praneeth Naga

Praneeth Naga Obilisetty has done his B.E. (Mechanical Engineering) from Bangalore Institute of Technology, Bangalore and MBA (Finance & Operations) from IIM, Lucknow.

Praneeth was awarded the D.B.M.S. Merit Scholarship - 1979 for getting more than 90% in 5 of 6 subjects. He was also member Advertising Content Team, Retina-2007, Annual Unit Level Event, Retail Division, Infosys. He participated in Ernst & Young Enterpryze 2008, Business Plan Competition by NITIE. His hobby is reading, both fiction and non-fiction.

Praneeth worked as Software Engineer at Infosys Technologies Ltd., Chennai from September 2005 to May 2008.

Harsh Bansal

Harsh Bansal has done his Bachelor of Business Management from Andhra University and MBA (Finance) from IIM, Indore.

Harsh was awarded "Management Club CMS-GITAM Silver Medal" for 2004-05, "Gautam Kumar Sahu Memorial" prize for standing first in BBM 1st Year, and "Management Club CMS-GITAM" prize for securing First position in BBM 3rd year.

Harsh was Management Representative of Beekay Structural Steels for ISO 9001:2000 implementation process. He was also member of the Bulls & Bears Team for IRIS 2008, IIM Indore National B School Festival. His hobbies include cricket, soccer and listening to Hindi music.

Harsh has a work experience of 4 years, having worked with HSBC Electronic Data Processing India as Customer Service Representative and Beekay Structural Steels, Vizag as Operations-In-Charge.

Kishlay Seth

Kishlay Seth has done his B.E. (Elec. & Communications) from Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak and MBA (Marketing & Operations) from IMT, Ghaziabad.

Kishlay participated in an interschool basketball event and was a member of 'Mark Up' the Marketing Club of IMT. His hobbies include reading, music and playing the guitar.
