Sachin Gopal is a graduate from St.Stephen's College, Delhi and MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. Sachin has had an accomplished career over the last 25 years in some of the world's leading FMCG companies such as Gillette and Procter & Gamble, both in India and abroad. He brings along very strong experience in Sales, Marketing and Business of the FMCG sector.
Sachin joined Agro Tech Foods in April 2006 as COO, and took over the role of President and CEO from November 1, 2008. Before his appointment with ATFL, Sachin was handling the role of Director-Customer Business Development with Procter & Gamble. Prior to this, he had a long career with Gillette India from 1987 to 2005 and handled significant Sales, Marketing and Business roles such as Group Product Manager, Vice President Marketing and General Sales Director. In his overseas assignments, Sachin handled the roles of Marketing Manager for Gillette Egypt, Group Business Director - Batteries, Duracell Eveready South Africa Pty., Johannesburg S.A and Group Business Manager - Batteries, Gillette Group H.Q. London, U.K. Sachin started his career with Escorts Ltd., where he worked as Senior Marketing officer. He also spent three years with Cadbury where he worked as Product Manager and Regional Sales Manager  N. Narasimha RaoVice President – Human Resources N. Narasimha Rao, is a postgraduate in Personnel Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune. He worked with GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare for 13 years. During his tenure with GSK, he has handled several key HR roles both in India and International. Some of his International assignments include HROD manager for Southeast Asia and Australia. His last assignment with GSK was General Manager – HR. Before joining Agro Tech, Narasimha Rao worked for a brief while with Reliance Communications as the Head of HR for Learning & Organisation Development. [ †Top ]
Mehul Pathak  Asheesh SharmaHead of Marketing Asheesh is a graduate in Science from Jawahar Lal Nehru University and an MBA from S P Jain Institute of Management and Research. Prior to joining Agro Tech, Asheesh was Marketing Manager – Fabric & Home Care, Health Care and Baby Care in Procter & Gamble. Prior to this, he has worked in Gillette and handled the roles of General Sales Manager and Regional Business Manager, Personal Care. Before joining Gillette, Asheesh worked in Marico and handled the roles of Area Sales Manager and Regional Manager, West. Asheesh started his career as Management Trainee with Berger Paints where he worked for 4 years handling the role of Area Sales Manager.  Hemant Kumar RuiaChief Financial Officer & Head of Finance Hemant is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst and Cost Accountant. Hemant has about 15 years experience in Finance, Fund Management, Budgeting, Accounts, Procurement, Sourcing, Vendor Management and Commercial Operations. He has worked in Companies like Larsen & Toubro Ltd, ICI India Ltd and was last associated with Reckitt Benckiser.  Satish Kumar SinghHead of RQI Satish has done his M.Tech. in Biochemical Engineering from Institute of Technology, BHU, Varanasi and M. Sc. in BioSciences (with specialization in Molecular Biophysics) from University of Roorkee. He has about 17 years of experience with companies like Perfetti-Van Melle, Pepsi Foods, PepsiCo India Holdings and Duphar Interfran.  Dharmesh SrivastavaGeneral Manager-Supply Chain and Head of SSC Dharmesh Srivastava has done his Masters in Technology in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from IIT Kharagpur and MBA from IIT Delhi. Dharmesh has about 19 years experience, out of which he was with Gillette and P&G for 16 years. Dharmesh has worked in various roles in Supply Chain in India, UK and Dubai. Before joining ATFL he was with P&G based at Singapore handling physical distribution (supply chain) for Australasia, ASEAN India region as “Group Manager – Customer Services & Logistics”.
 R. GopalakrishnanHead of Sales R. Gopalakrishnan is a graduate from Madurai-Kamaraj Unversity, Madurai and has done his post graduation from IIM – Bangalore. Gopi joined ATFL in April, 2004 as Regional Sales Manager – South. After his successful stint as Regional Sales Manager, he was elevated to Marketing Controller (later titled as General Manager – Marketing) to look after the Foods Business. Prior to joining Agro Tech Foods, Gopi was the Regional Sales Manager in Colgate Palmolive Pradip Ghosh ChaudhuriGeneral Manager - Manufacturing Pradip has done his M. Tech in Chemical Engineering & Chemical technology from Applied Chemistry Dept, Calcutta University and completed his Doctoral from same Institute under Prof. D. K. Bhattacharjee. He has published research papers in National & International Journals. He has 34 years of Research & Industrial experience in Oils & fats and Allied fields and worked in past with Swastik Industries, Gem Refineries and K. N. oil Industries in various parts of India who are pioneer in processing /export of edible Ricebran oil and exotic confectionary fat of Indian origin. [ †Top ] |

Mehul Pathak is an Engineer (BE Mech - Sardar Patel University, Anand) - Management Graduate (SP Jain, Mumbai) with over 20 years of rich work experience at Marico Ltd and Apollo Tyres Ltd. Mehul brings with himself very well rounded capabilities in the area of "Operations" by virtue of his exposure to sourcing Agri commodities, Non-Agri commodities & Packing Material, Supply Chain and Factory management.
